Mississippi State University Soccer Clinic - Summer 2010

MSU Soccer are pleased to announce the release of their 2010 soccer camps. These will include youth day camps for ages 4-14, a college prep camp for girls 14-18, and a striker keeper camp for ages 8-18.    

Girls & Boys Youth Day CampsJune 7th - 11th and July 26th - 30th 2010  (Ages 4-7) - 9 a.m.-Noon - $99(Ages 8-14) - 9 a.m.-5 p.m. $199 (Lunch provided)   *All campers will receive a MSU soccer ball and t-shirt*     The MSU Youth Day Camps will be held at the MSU Soccer field. Campers will be grouped according to age and/or ability. Attendees will enjoy a full week of soccer-related activities that are age-appropriate and will build on and develop technical skills. The technical skills that will be taught during the week include: Dribbling, Turning, Shooting, Passing, Shielding, Running with the ball, Heading, and Goalkeeping.    

College Prep Camp (CPC)   July 16th - 18th 2010   (Ages 14-18) $240 (Housing and Meals Provided)   The MSU college prep camp will cover many aspects of college soccer and is designed to generate an outstanding soccer experience. The camp will introduce many areas of college soccer including: tactical training, strength and conditioning, compliance, academic support, sport psychology, nutrition, and a Q&A session on the recruiting process.    

Striker- Keeper Camp - June 25th - 27th -
(Ages 8-18) $99 (MSU Shirt and ball, Lunch provided on Saturday)  
The MSU Striker-Keeper Camp will focus on building the fundamentals of beginner or experienced strikers and goalkeepers. Strikers will work on dribbling to shoot, moving off the ball to create scoring opportunities,
finishing, shooting and attacking headers. Goalkeeper instruction from 20-year veteran and MSU volunteer assistant coach Robbie Kroger includes technical work on shot handling, diving, crosses, breakaways, foot skills and distribution.   This Camp will be held on the MSU Soccer Field

Brilla Summer Soccer Camp 2010 in Starkville

Features & Highlights:
The goal of a Brilla Soccer Camp is not only to teach the important skills of soccer, but also to stress the development of each camper’s Christian character. What to bring: Shoes (wear soccer cleats or running shoes), Drink and Shin guards
Camp Staff:
Each camp coach is a highly experienced soccer player, many  play on the MS Brilla PDL team. Each coach has a relationship with Jesus Christ and wants to see your child further their soccer skills and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ.
